HEA alloy atomization

This week we carried out HEA alloy atomization based on Fe, Ni, Cr, Mn for our friends from National Centre for Metallurgical Research in Spain (CENIM-CSIC). The process of atomization ran smoothly and the finished product in powder form was shipped. It will support search for new ductile compositions.

We invite to cooperation research institutions, but also R&D departments. Especially those dealing with searching for new material solutions in Additive Manufacturing technology. We are capable to atomize most metallic materials with different chemical composition in any form. Failed printouts or cast parts aren’t an exception (as in the picture below).
